Built for the work. Yours to run.
Packaged tools that help engineering teams adopt the partner platforms we work with. Download. Read. Deploy.
What’s here.
The AI-assisted platforms and reference implementations we’ve built across engagements. Each one addresses a piece of partner-platform adoption where the deterministic work is the same problem solved over and over. We’ve packaged that work so your engineers can move past it to the judgment calls.
All tools currently shipping are part of Shinro, our umbrella brand for AI-assisted tooling. See About Shinro below.
Available solutions.
Each solution addresses a specific piece of partner-platform adoption work. Packaged for your team to run.
About Shinro.
Shinro (しんろ, Japanese for “course,” “route,” or “path”) is Quest1’s umbrella brand for AI-assisted tooling that helps engineering teams adopt the partner platforms we work with.
The work of adopting a new platform breaks into two parts. The deterministic part, which is the same problem solved repeatedly across every engagement: profiling the source system, generating target schema, scanning application code for incompatibilities, validating that the migration completed correctly, diagnosing why a query underperforms. The judgment part, which is unique to each engagement and belongs with engineers who can own the consequences: architecture decisions, sort key design, cutover sequencing, edge cases.
Shinro packages the deterministic part. Each Shinro instance is scoped to a specific class of partner-adoption work, with components purpose-built for that scope rather than retrofitted from a general-purpose platform. Built by the people who deliver Quest1’s partner engagements, refined against production migrations and production incident response, and released for the community of engineers building on the same partner platforms.
