Quest1 was founded in 2024 with a simple thesis: as AI takes over more of how software gets built, services firms have to earn their relevance differently.
We earn ours two ways:
- use AI fluently to deliver faster and operate leaner, and
- work with the companies building tomorrow's platforms, learning them before general availability and building the implementation patterns that AI eventually trains on.
That's also what we bring to clients: helping their teams adopt AI across the business, and turning that adoption into productivity gains that show up in the work.

At Quest1, he leads the company's AI-first vision, drives strategic growth, and works closely with customers and teams to turn emerging technologies into practical outcomes.

A specialist in cloud-native technologies, C++, Golang, and Generative AI, Vishy was previously Principal Architect at Red Hat, and Chief Architect & Director of Technology Consulting at Cognizant. Vishy drives Quest1's technical vision, builds the partner ecosystem, and stays hands-on across client delivery.

Arun is an engineering leader who's built and delivered products across nearly two decades, with a consistent thread of taking complex problems and making them simpler. At Quest1, he leads architecture and delivery, mentors Questers, and builds teams that operate with confidence.

Ram has been writing code for over two decades and is still happiest when he's deep in it. He's an engineer and individual contributor at heart, passionate about programming languages, different paradigms, and finding clean solutions to messy problems. Self-described LISP fanatic. At Quest1, he leads architecture and delivery while nurturing talent and mentoring teams.
